"Allergen info used to feel more reliable"
I ordered from poke.house and asked about allergens because I can’t have sesame. They did answer me, but it felt a little rushed, and I had to ask twice before I felt sure. I remember this kind of thing being handled a bit more carefully before.
The food itself was fine and nothing bad happened, so I’m not saying it was a terrible experience. I just wish the allergen info was clearer on the menu and that staff seemed a bit more confident about it, especially since it used to feel better.

"I got a bowl that’s kind of on…"
I got a bowl that’s kind of on them because it was way smaller than I expected. There was barely any fish, and the toppings felt like someone counted them out one by one. I was still hungry after eating it, so for the price, it really didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Quick and easy lunch order"
I ordered from poke.house during lunch and expected it to take a while because the line looked busy. But since the staff kept things moving, my bowl was ready in about 10 minutes. The ingredients tasted fresh, and I liked that no one rushed me while I was ordering. I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery tracking updated a little late, which made it harder to tell exactly when it was coming. Other than that, it was a smooth experience

"Really hit the spot"
I don’t know, there was just something really satisfying about being able to customize my poke bowl exactly how I wanted. There were so many toppings and sauces to pick from, and somehow it all showed up right, which I really appreciated. Ordering was super easy too. Definitely getting this again.

"Pretty average overall"
I tried it the other day and the fish tasted fresh enough, at least from what I could tell. Some of the veggies seemed a little past their best though. I don’t know if it was just that batch or what, but overall it wasn’t bad, just kind of average for me.

"More poke options than I expected"
I’m kind of picky when it comes to poke, so I really appreciated how many choices poke.house had. I liked being able to build my bowl exactly how I wanted, and the mix of toppings, sauces, and proteins didn’t feel boring or limited. i’m biased toward places that let me customize everything, and this one made it easy. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Fresh and Worth the Wait"
I really enjoyed my poke bowl. Everything tasted super fresh, the veggies were nice and crisp, and the fish was properly chilled, which I definitely appreciate. It did take a little longer than expected to come out, but it was still really good overall.

"Smooth online order, but the updates could be clearer"
I ordered online and overall it went smoothly. The menu was easy to use, checkout was quick, and my bowl was ready around the time they said it would be. The food tasted fresh, so no complaints there. My only annoyance was that the communication wasn’t super clear after ordering, I wasn’t totally sure if it was being prepared or when exactly to head over. Still, I’d order again

"I had a problem with my order..."
I had a problem with my order and reached out to support thinking they’d actually help, but they basically just kept ignoring me until I got tired of chasing them. this is why I don’t really trust customer service teams half the time, they say they’re looking into it, then nothing happens.

"Honestly, Better Than I Expected"
I got my poke bowl today and everything was actually right, even the extra toppings and the sauce on the side. Maybe I’ve just gotten too used to places forgetting little things, but I was kind of surprised nothing was missing. Poke.house got it all correct, and the bowl was really good. I’m happy with it and would probably order again...

"Clean and Better Than I Expected"
I tried poke.house last week and felt relieved once I got there. The place was clean overall, with wiped-down tables and a tidy counter area, even during the lunch rush. It didn’t feel messy or chaotic at all, which was nice. The bathroom could have used a little more attention, but overall it was a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Ordered from poke and it showed up…"
Ordered from Poke House and it showed up fast, maybe like 5 minutes later than the app promised, which, let’s be real, those delivery timers feel like they’re just guessing and trying to make us feel watched anyway. The bowls were packed really well, nothing leaked, and the bag was sealed, so no complaints there. One topping had slid off to the side a little, which felt mildly suspicious, but the food still tasted good and everything was fine. Overall, smooth delivery experience

"Nice little place to grab lunch"
I stopped in for lunch and it had a chill vibe. It was clean enough and not too loud, which I really liked. The seating was fine, though it gets a little tight when it’s busy. Still, it was a nice spot to sit down and eat.

"Easy pickup, no hassle"
I ordered from poke.house for pickup it went smoothly. The food was ready pretty much when they said it would be, and I didn’t have to stand around in a long line or awkwardly re-explain my order, which I always somehow expect to happen.

The only annoying part was parking, but I guess that’s not really their fault? Maybe I’m just bad at picking pickup spots when I’m in a hurry. Either way, it was a good experience overall and I’d probably use it again when I need something quick.
